With the Pizza and Bread making class, you will learn the secret of the Mother Dough to make pizza, focaccia, and pane. Held by a professional pizzaiolo, the class allows guests to understand the world of the “Biga” and the various methods in the preparation of this precious dough.
After a short introduction to the pizza and dough world, the hands-on experience will capture all your senses.
Measurements and techniques. Ingredients and cooking temperatures. Fire (not too close) and kitchen tools.
