Pickup Details

This is a private transportation for your own group, so we can drop you at your desired places/locations within Halong City area. If you request pickup from hotels nearby Noibai airport, please give us your hotel name, hotel address and wait at hotel reception for pickup on your departure date. If you request pickup from airport, please note that driver will hold signboard wit your name, standing inside arrival lobby.

Cancellations and refunds: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
