The Chilean canastero (Pseudasthenes humicola) is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. It can be found in Chile, where it is considered endemic.

It measures 15.5 cm in length. The plumage of the upper parts is brown; it has white superciliary arches; white throat with black specks; light gray chest with white fine stripes; flanks from tan to fawn.
