Explore Engakuji Temple complex including the Busudan hall which house a wooden statue of Buddha. Climb the slopes behind the temple for fantastic views and to see the many tengu statues.

Stop At: Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, 2-1-31 Yukinoshita, Kamakura 248-0005 Kanagawa Prefecture

Experience Kamakura's most important Shinto Shrine. See the main hall, tori gates and the small museum of treasures

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Kamakura Komachidori, Komachi, Kamakura 248-0006 Kanagawa Prefecture

The famous Komachi dori is lined with delicious eateries and stalls selling a huge array of sweet and savoury delights. Enjoy a lunch of sampling a variety of delicious street food. Try local delicacies such as 'shirasu' (white bait) a long with dumplings, macha ice cream, chicken etc.
