Our pickups cover MOST OF THE HOTELS in Cancun downtown, the Cancun Hotel zone, and Riviera Maya. AirBnB's or other addresses, we will provide you with the nearest MEETING POINT to your location.

If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands.

If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.

As this is a shared tour, please be aware that in some cases, we will assign you a meeting point. This will shorten the time you spend at our operation and allow us to take our main route to the first destination on our itinerary more quickly.
