If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands.

If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.
