Durres & Lalzi Bay Wine Tasting Tour

On this tour you explore a local hotspot for many Albanians: The city of Durres, the most ancient city of Albania, enjoy different types of local wine and food in a picturesque setting in Lalzi Bay.

Today this port city, is a mixture of modern and ancient features.

We will walk around its City Walls, Byzantine Forum, Roman Thermal Baths and around these ancient monuments we will enjoy Durres now famous street-art and have a coffee break on top of the Venetian Tower. Visit the Amphitheater and the Archeological Museum.

- Afterwards we head for Lalzi Bay to enjoy wines, cheeses and local food in Duka Winery and Vineyard, with its scenic setting on the shores of a lake and with the view of the Vineyard and Adriatic sea. Visit the vineyards and the winery and get acquainted with the wine production process and their Applied Agriculture. Tasting of wine varieties includes 3 glasses - 125 ml (WSET level 2) and Raki accompanied by appetiziers. (* After the wine tasting, hop on a boat tour of the Green Lake)
- Possibility of adding the Lunch with Wine Tasting for a 3 course meal.

Return to Tirana in the late afternoon.
