We visited Paris over Thanksgiving break to avoid a lot of the crowds and we hit the jackpot. My wife and I took our three kids ages 10, 13 and 16. Our guide Nissa was amazing! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very well informed on all aspects of WWII to include, planning, strategy, troop commands, local support and overall impacts of every detail. We had great weather for early December. The sun was out and we couldn't have asked for a better day. We hit all of the major stops that Americans want to see, Omaha, Pointe du Hoc, and the American cemetery. It is about a 3 hour drive each way, but we stopped half way going and coming. There are bathrooms and a place to get breakfast which was great since we had the kids with us. We also stopped for lunch and had some local French fare, but they also have burgers, salads and steaks if you are a little less adventurous. This was a very humbling and spiritual place to visit. If your are on the fence about spending a whole day going to Normandy, you must make this trip. This was by far my favorite day trip on our visit to France. Everyone should visit Normandy at least once. I was worried about the kids making it all day, but they held up great. The only thing I might do different is book a private tour that picked us up at the house we rented to avoid travelling to and from the pick up point, but it was really easy to meet up with our guide at the pick up point. It just adds an extra step when you are travelling with kids.

Had a wonderful time on our tour of Normandy D-Day Beaches Day Trip. Very informative and loved that there was only 6 of us in the group. Felt we had more time to ask question and hear the information more clearly.

This tour delivered on everything I had hoped for. I got to see everything I wanted to see. At the end of the day we even met some WWII veterans at the American Cemetery. Olivier, our guide, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the events surrounding D-Day and got us to and from the area safely and efficiently. I would definitely do this tour again if I am ever in France again.

This was the highlight of our France trip. The tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Pablo made it a very enjoyable experience. The tour is in an 8 person van which was nice, clean, and comfortable. A caution that this could be uncomfortable for a larger person so something to keep in mind. One recommendation to Blu Fox Tours would be to update the Van's with USB ports so phones can be recharged...it is a long day with lots of pics. That aside, this tour was worth every penny.

Guide was informative, respectful, cheerful and generally delightful to be with. We were broadsided during outing (no fault of guide). He handled professionally and thankfully no one injured.
Content and sites visited were awe inspiring. Visiting OmahaBeach Cementary at 4pm to watch the lowering of US flag as taps was played was sobering.
      Highly recommend

Worth every single penny. Very personable and knowledgeable guide. Very comfortable ride. It was absolutely worth the extra money to be in a van verses on the bus with a large group.

It was everything I hoped for. Especially Omaha beach. It just grabs you when your standing on the sand. The lowering of the flag was also chilling at the American Cemetery. Our guide was great.

Absolutely a fabulous tour. We had a group of 6 and and a great guide. So, knowledgeable and passionate about the information, you could envision what really happened in Normandy during those times. A very long day but a lifelong memory.

We had been looking forward to the tour the whole trip and we were not disappointed. Our guide, Delphine, was great and very pleasant. We had a great day with her! We didn’t feel rushed even though there was a lot to fit it. There wasn’t one thing we would take out from the tour. The visits to the beaches, German bunkers, museum, American cemetery were awe inspiring. Had lunch at a cute cafe. Pick up was right on time and location easy to find. Don’t miss this tour if you are in Paris!!

Roomy van picked 8 of us up within walking distance of our Paris hotel...was early and nothing was open for breakfast, but we stopped at a gas station about half way in for a quick bite. Our guide, Claire, was quite personable, eager to share her knowledge. Her narrative along the way, the history, the stories behind D-Day - being there was humbling, to say the least. Claire was able to seek help at the American Cemetery and identify a relative who had perished there and the cemetery staff arranged for us to have a small ceremony in his honor. The cider tasting, right near the beaches, was a good diversion after such an overwhelming visit! An excellent day spend honoring those who so selflessly served defending our great county!

Our small group tour of the Normandy beaches and American Cemetery was a very pleasant day. Our guide Enrich was attentive and very pleasant. We are glad that we finally were able to see firsthand where young soldiers sacrificed themselves to buy freedom and liberation for millions.

Our family of four (2 parents late-40s, and two teen-age daughters) went on this journey to Normandy and its WWII sites and had a wonderful experience! Oliver, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and charming; and provided wonderful service. It's a long day, but fascinating, and at times, moving. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.

My 16 yr old daughter and I enjoyed this day trip to Normandy. Adrian was a great guide who was fun, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to his profession. He found answers to questions guests had that he did not know immediately. He was friendly, spoke great English, and we enjoyed spending the day with him. The sites were interesting and gave both me and my daughter the historical experience and education we were looking for. We wanted to do Normandy in a day, but needed to leave and return to Paris. If you are in the same boat, I recommend this trip, and specifically Adrian.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I have always been a proud American. After this trip, I am even more so. The bravery, sacrifice and selflessness of these soldiers and the courage of the leadership is more than incredible. I got emotional on this tour several times. Our tour guide Ollie (Oliver) was unbelievable in terms of his grasp of the area, D-Day and history in general. He was so passionate and appreciative of the US sacrifice on that day. Full disclosure, it is a long day but sooo worth every minute. Ask for Ollie. This tour (and managing tour company) is more than first rate.

Our tour was with Blue Fox and our host was Amaury (Mo-Mo). We saw multiple historic sites, visited the Overlord Museum, and had time at the American Cemetery at Omaha Beach. Amaury was a perfect host. He shared much information about the sites while still giving us time to respectfully visit at our own pace. We stopped for a great lunch at a local restaurant and later enjoyed a cider tasting. Our whole family got a lot out of our day 75 years after the D-Day Invasion that turned the tide on the war in Europe. Don't miss out on this!
