Trekking an Island of Palmaria

This trek & tour offers you a great look at Italian life. We go to the open-air market in La Spezia. You can pick up fresh fruit, cheeses, or focaccia. Then ferry to Palmaria & start our trek. Stop At: Trekguyd - Personal Guided Tours, 19017 Riomaggiore Italy

This day starts at 8:30 am at the Riomaggiore train station, We tour the village before starting on the trek up the hillsides. We go up in stages, so don't worry about a fast pace. We stop to talk about grapes, history, wine & even some quizzes along the way. We want you to have fun. We try to keep you away from the crowds as much as we can. When we arrive in Manarola at the famous photo, that will end our day.
