From your ship’s port in Kiel you will drive to Hamburg. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and when you arrive, you will meet our local experienced enthusiastic English-speaking guide. The meeting location will be at Rathausmarkt where you will have a chance to stretch your legs and hear an introduction to this fascinating city.

Stop At: Hamburg Town Hall, Rathausmarkt 1, 20095 Hamburg Germany

You will be taken straight to the historic heart of Hamburg to see the stunning Town Hall.

Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: St Nikolai Memorial, Willy-Brandt-Str. 60, 20457 Hamburg Germany

Next you will see the St Nikolai Church (still a burnt out shell because of allied bombings in WW2) and the Trost Bridge in the heart of the Medieval City.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Speicherstadt, Brook, 20457 Hamburg Germany

Next we will also drive through the UNESCO listed Speicherstadt.

Stop At: Elbphilharmonie, Platz der Deutschen Einheit 1 At the Magellan-Terrassen, 20457 Hamburg Germany

You will also have a chance to marvel at the modern architectural splendour of the Elbphilharmonie.

Our tour guide will help you discover all the main sights of the city and will be at your disposal should you have any special wishes.

You will then have 1 hour of free time to explore more of the city on your own, do some souvenir shopping and have lunch before driving back to Kiel.

This tour includes a shared bus transfer to and from Hamburg from Kiel (circa 2 hours each way) and will drop you back at your ship at the end.
