Sample Menu • Yummie zucchini - Zucchini cooked into the oven following an old family recipe we have handed down since years and years!
• Homemade pasta - Typical Italian tagliatelle or straccetti homemade 100% hands-on just with eggs and flour, with a pesto sauce.
• Pesto sauce - Pesto sauce made of pine nuts, basil leaves, extravirgin olive oil, from scratch by yourself!!!
• Saltimbocca alla romana - Small veal steaks enriched with prosciutto crudo and sage
• Sicilian Cannoli - Cannoli filling cream made by fresh ricotta, pistachios and candy fruit
