This experience focuses on visiting a Surprise vineyard off the beaten path in Punta del Este. This is very much like a sightseeing tour as you will get to see a lot on route to the winery. On arrival at the vineyard enjoy a welcome glass of wine while you get to the know the property, cellar and vineyards. You will then taste artisanal cheeses made at the property with a delicious Rose. This is followed by a a Countryside Lunch with many red wines. Your expert host will guide you through the wines as you enjoy lovely views of the vineyard.
This is a great opportunity to taste new and interesting wines including Tannat, which grows very well in Uruguay. It's usually full bodied with lots of structure and tannins.
