Hiking Mt Seoraksan National Park

Hiking Mt Seoraksan National Park

Mt. Seoraksan is a beautiful stretch of highland covering 398.5 square kilometers of impressive peaks, numerous waterfalls, big temples and stunning views. Situated in Gangwon-do province by the harbor city of Sokcho, the range has as its summit the peak of Daecheongbong, which at 1,708 meters is the third highest in the country and places it above the clouds.
Dinosaur Ridge gets its name for its likeness to a dinosaur’s spiked back. It provided for a majestic scene but also a difficult up and down repetition throughout the trail. It usually takes about 10 hours to climb it along dinosaur hiking trail.
