3,Driver & Guide Service
• Our driver can show you to the nearest toilet and currency exchange shop. Ask your guide if you need to change currency into local Chinese yuans.
• At the hotel/airport, your driver will help you with luggage and check in formalities.
• The trunks of our vehicles are spacious enough for you luggage.
• Our vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, GPS devices, and a baby seat. Please ask your driver if you need a baby seat.

1. Pickup from Airport: We provide up to 2 hours free waiting time , Counting from the flight actual landing time. Normally it would be enough for the passengers clear Custom and get their luggage If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted,you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 PER half hour Per car) ,please pay cash to the driver 2.   Sign and Meeting point:     Pickup from Airport:  The driver would be waiting for you at the exit of the luggage claim area, holding the the placard with your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized. 3. Drop off hotel: the hotel should be located within the 3rd ring road in the Harbin City.  there would be a little extra charge for out of range.
