The Anghel Saligny Bridge (formerly King Carol I Bridge) is a railroad bridge in Romania, across the Danube River, connecting the regions of Muntenia and Dobrogea.
The bridge was built between 1890 and 1895 over the Danube, it became the longest bridge in Europe and the second-longest in the world. The bridge was designed by the Romanian engineer Anghel Saligny.

Is the seat of the Romanian Orthodox Archbishop of Tomis. Situated between Ovid Square and the Black Sea in front of the Archbishop's Palace, it was built on the city's peninsular zone in 1883-1885 following plans by architects Alexandru Orăscu and Carol Benesch and, for the interior, Ion Mincu. The cornerstone was laid on 4 September 1883 and the church was consecrated on May 22, 1895.

The Roman mosaic building was discovered during the works undertaken in 1959 in the historic center of Constanța.
The Roman Mosaic, with almost 2,000 square meters of mosaic, erected in the 4th century AD, probably under the reign of Emperor Constantine the Great, instead of some earlier port buildings, was repaired in various stages until the beginning of the 7th century, when it ends its existence with the departure of the ancient fortress of Tomis, after the great invasions.
