• chicken stew - is a chicken stew cooked with beer, naranjilla, cumin, achiote. It is served with rice, fried ripe plantain and salad.
• Ceviche - Ceviche is a typical dish consisting of marinated seafood or fish, onion, tomato, cilantro, accompanied by roasted corn or popcorn.

• Muchines de Yuca - They are typical snacks of Ecuadorian gastronomy, prepared with grated yucca, cheese, egg and other ingredients.
• fried fish - Whole fish or filleted sea bass is prepared with garlic, cumin, salt and mustard, cooked in hot oil and served with fried green plantains.
