The duration is 1,15 hr and the Outdoor location (Los Pocillos playa) is a perfect place to enjoy the cozy and invigorating place in front of the beach, we are in front of the sea, to breath clean Prana and take your mind off for a while.

ItineraryOUTDOOR POINT: when you are at Plaza de Las Naciones, you will see the sea in front of you. just walk a bit, before arriving on the sand, turn to the left and you will see me and my mats protected by a corner.
