We learn about the most successful of the D-Day landing beaches, optional visit to the excellent Utah Beach museum is possible at your cost. We also take lunch here.

Stop At: Omaha Beach, Avenue de la Liberation, Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer France

Having met numerous veterans who took part in the first wave assault at the deadliest of the D-Day beaches, your guide recounts the story of 'Bloody Omaha' at the very spot where so many paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Almost ten thousand US servicemen and women lay at rest in this magnificent cemetery. The final stop of your tour offers the opportunity for you to pay homage to those who paid the greatest price for the liberation of Europe from Nazi occupation.
