All costumers must arrive 15 minutes before the tour time, no exceptions. Or you will be move to the next available tour subject to availability. All customers must sign a waiver before tour. Keep id and credit card with you as it is needed to complete the waiver and pay the security deposit. The xplor van will shuttle you to the atv trail. or in some cases you may have to follow the instructions to go directly to the trail if you need assistance please go to the restaurant and ask them for the check in point for the atvs ,use restrooms.
