Burnie Attractions Bus Shore Excursion
The Burnie Attractions Bus is the best way to see Burnie!
Designed to provide full flexibility you are free to hop on and hop off at each stop and catch a later bus to continue the tour. If you do not get off the bus the circuit takes 1.5 hours.
The bus departs Burnie Arts and Function Centre on the hour every 30 minutes from 9:30am to 11:30am. Our buses are operated by the same company as the port shuttle from your ship to the Burnie CBD which means we guarantee you will make your ship's departure time.
We’ll take the short drive to Upper Burnie Lookout for magical views of the seaside town and the enormous Bass Strait. Then drive inland to soak in the serenity at Guide Falls.
Our next stop is the Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden, it is the largest collection in the Southern Hemisphere. Also, a good place to view platypus in the wild.

Guide Falls are well known across Burnie for being the most accessible falls in the area. Just a short walk from the carpark will take you into a stunning forest area with Guide Falls as the backdrop.

Home to the largest collection of rhododendrons in the Southern Hemisphere, there's plenty to explore at the Emu Valley Rhododendron Gardens. Spend some time wandering the beautiful gardens before our last stop of the day.

Hellyer's Road Distillery has been producing award-winning whisky since the late 90s. Enjoy a tipple (additional costs depending on your tasting selection) or take in the views from the grounds. Admission and Tour: $25pp - please book this as an extra if you wish to hop off here.
