Gaze down into the active Masaya volcano to see molten lava flowing in Santiago crater, after visiting the museum with the history of the park and the volcano.

Stop At: Masaya Crafts Market, Antiguo Mercado de Masaya, Masaya Nicaragua

Continue to the colorful artisan market in Masaya town, admire the different craftwork.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Catarina, Catarina, Masaya Department

Visit to Catarina viewpoint, from where you can admire Apoyo Lagoon, before having a traditional Nicaraguan lunch.

Stop At: San Juan de Oriente, Nicaragua

Head to the famous white villages or in spanish "pueblos blancos", where you will visit San Juan de Oriente and a local artisan to learn about the craftwork in a traditional workshop.
