Arrival Services, Lounge and Hotel Transfer:
When you land at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay meeting point, where your club representative awaits. Complete your immigration forms, with help from your representative as needed, and sail through customs and immigration with your fast-track service. Your host then assists you in retrieving your luggage and takes you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge.
In the arrival lounge, reggae music puts you into the island groove. Make use of the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on your messages and watch news on the flat-screen cable TVs. Fuel up with snacks and beverages while browsing through magazines and newspapers. Freshen up in the private restroom and cool off with a chilled towel.
When you’re ready, you’ll be escorted to your shared, air-conditioned transport to your hotel. Hotel drop-off zones include Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Trelawny, Tryall and Round Hill, and Grand Palladium Resort.
Departure Services, Lounge and Hotel Transfer:
For your return trip, your driver will pick you up at your hotel located in one of the zones listed above. After checking in for your flight at Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay information booth, near the entrance for security and immigration. Check in for your lounge access here, and then breeze through security and immigration, skipping the regular line with your fast-track access.
Continue to the Club Mobay departure lounge, on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9. Nosh on provided fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas and other light fare, and sip a cold beverage, cup of coffee or cap off your vacation with an alcoholic beverage.
Relax with a magazine or newspaper, use the high-speed Wi-Fi, take a hot shower, or play games on the provided Samsung Galaxy tablets. Children can make a ruckus in a sound-proof playroom, or if you are traveling sans child, mosey over to the adults-only lounge.
