Itinerary

Day 1: Banff National Park

Stop At: Banff, Banff, Banff National Park, Alberta
Departure from Calgary/Banff and proceed to Banff National Park.

Banff National Park is Canada's first National Park and one of the world's premier destination spots. Today you will visit several attractions in this beautiful national park.
Duration: 5 hours

Stop At: Sulphur Mountain, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
You can have an optional ride on the Banff Sulphur Mt Gondola (fee not included) to enjoy a 360' view of Banff.

*Closed for annual maintenance Nov 7-18, 2023, will be replaced by Cave & Basin.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Johnston Canyon, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
Known for its walking trail throughout the year, Johnston Canyon is a breathtaking natural attraction in Banff National Park.

*Free crampons are provided for the winter itinerary (Nov to mid-Apr)
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Bow Falls, Banff, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
The location of the film "The river of no return" in the 1960s.
Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Surprise Corner, Buffalo St, Banff, Banff National Park, Alberta T1L 1K2 Canada
Great spot where most of the famous pictures have been taken of the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Hoodoos Trail, Buffalo Street Surprise Corner Viewpoint parking lot, Banff, Banff National Park, Alberta T0L Canada
Hoodoos are composed of sedimentary rock covered by harder rocks that are harder to erode. Once softer sediment erodes rock needle or towers like natural obstacles are left.
Duration: 15 minutes

Before ending the tour today, head to Banff Town - the biggest town among National towns, many shops, and restaurants wait for your discovery.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Day 2: Lake Louise & YOHO National Park Area

Stop At: Lake Louise, Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta
This beautiful lake is named after Princess Louise Caroline Alberta. Famous photo-taking location. In summer, you can go boating on the lake or walk on the lakeside and enjoy a leisurely lunch. In winter, you can walk on the lake with snowshoes (provided) and experience the charming snow scenery.

*Free Snowshoeing experience will provide for the Winter (Nov to mid-Apr) itinerary (about 20 minutes) / weather dependent.

Stop At: Spiral Tunnels, Trans-Canada Highway, Yoho National Park, British Columbia Canada
The construction and extra track effectively doubled the length of the climb and reduced the gradient to 2.2%.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Emerald Lake Road, Yoho National Park, British Columbia Canada
It’s the largest lake of the Yoho’s. The color of the water is caused by powdered limestone.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Natural Bridge, Yoho National Park, British Columbia Canada
Sculpted by the erosive forces of rushing water over what had once been a waterfall, the Natural Bridge is a powerful reminder of how much influence water has in shaping the landscape.
Duration: 15 minutes

Day 3: Lake Louise Ski Resort - Lake Minnewanka - Banff Upper Hot Springs - Abraham Lake

Stop At: Lake Louise, Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta
The first stop of today is Lake Louise Ski Resort: Nov-Dec & April approx. 3 hours / Jan-March approx. 2 hours

This is one of the largest ski areas in Canada, there are over 100 skis run to fit all level needs. You can do tubing (Optional, fee not included) there which is an all ages, all levels, and a fun and exciting sport for everyone.

*Above activity can be replaced by Lake Louise self–guided sightseeing.
*If the resort is not open, this will be replaced by Icefield Parkway (Bow Lake / Peyto Lake).

Stop At: Lake Minnewanka Scenic Drive, Banff, Banff National Park, Alberta T1L 1K2 Canada
A glacial lake located in the eastern area of Banff National Park is the longest lake in the mountain parks of the Canadian Rockies.
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Banff Upper Hot Springs, 1 Mountain Ave, Banff, Banff National Park, Alberta T1L 1K2 Canada
The only outdoor hot Springs in Banff National Park.
*This will be replaced by CAVE & BASIN HISTORIC SITE if not available
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Abraham Lake, Abraham Lake, Clearwater County, Alberta
**Bubble Lake (Abraham Lake) instead of Minnewanka Lake & Hot Springs**

Abraham Lake is an artificial lake on the North Saskatchewan River in western Alberta and is home to the rare phenomenon where bubbles get frozen right underneath its surface.
Duration: 1 hour
