Half Private Day Tour to Old City of Guangzhou

This private tour is wonderful to explore the old area including Xiguan, Lychee Bay, En'ning Road, Yong Qing Fang, Museum of Canton Opera and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street in Guangzhou with a local guide. Centrally located Guangzhou hotel pickup and drop-off are included. You can choose either 8am or 2pm departure. If you are interested in Academy of Clan Chen, you can visit it instead of the shopping street.

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Lychee Bay Scenic Area, Pantang Area, Liwan District, Guangzhou 510000 China

At 8am or 2pm, our guide will pick you up from your centrally located Guangzhou hotel, then transferred to the old town of Guangzhou, Xiguan area to start the tour. You will visit the Lychee Bay area firstly, where there are traditional houses with river, trees, and cafe etc.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Yong Qing Fang, No.99 Enning Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou China

Then you will move to the Yong Qing Fang that is a traditional residential area, and now it is a wonderful place to wander around to view the old houses, shops, and river etc.

Stop At: 粤剧艺术博物馆, 467Q+Q69, En Ning Lu, Li Wan Qu, Guang Zhou Shi, Guang Dong Sheng, China, 510150

Afterwards you will visit the Museum of Canton Opera, exhibiting the history, clothing, and drama books about the opera. The scenery of the museum is stunning with rock hill, waterfall and trees. You need bring your passport to visit it.

Stop At: Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Up the 9th Road, Down the 9th Road, The 10th Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou 510010 China

Later you will move to the pedestrian street to have a lunch or dinner before you moving back to your hotel where the tour concludes. If you are interested in Academy of Clan Chen, you can visit it instead of the shopping street.

This place used to be a typical family temple in Guangzhou with spectacular wooden carvings, iron carvings, colorful tiles, and Bonsai etc. It is a museum nowadays to exhibit the local handicrafts in the old house.
