Then along Niagara wooden walkway, climb halfway up the hill to the American Falls and come to State Park. Take the elevator through the Wind Cave to the foot of the waterfall. Then follow the car to the downstream of the waterfall, experience the vortex formed by the water flowing down the waterfall at Whirlpool State Park and the invention and operation of the Niagara Power Vista.
