It is the newest an most expensive area in our city. Warehouses located in this old port area have been refurbished and transformed into modern elegant restaurants, ample lofts and superb offices which have breathtaking views of the city and the distinctive river "Río de la Plata"

The biggest park in Buenos Aires is a 865-acre (3.50 km2) tract of low land on the Río de la Plata riverbank located on the east side of Puerto Madero district.
