Wine tasting and visit to a design Cellar at Ripalte

Let yourself be guided on a journey through the flavors and aromas of the typical grape variety of the Island of Elba, so loved by Napoleon: Aleatico wine and its variations. We will walk among the vineyard rows stretching towards the Tuscan Archipelago and we will tell you the story of winemaking on the island of Elba, fascinating you with the legends of our estate that hover around the beautiful nineteenth-century Villa. We will visit the design cellar, the work of the architect Tobia Scarpa, with a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and we will taste 3 wines here produced: Brut Spumante Rosato (sparkling rosé wine); Rosato Aleatico (still rosé); Bianco Vermentino (still white wine); Rosso Alicante (still red wine) and the famous Aleatico Passito dell’Elba (sweet red wine). We will discover the Ripalte that dominate the eastern promontory of the Island of Elba and, as we walk through the vineyard stretching towards the Tuscan Archipelago, we will be enveloped in the intense scents of the Mediterranean maquis. We will visit a design cellar signed by a master of contemporary art, one of the 25 wineries of the Toscana Wine Architecture circuit. We will then taste our Elban wines that we produce here, combined with typical Tuscan flavors.
