Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from the lobby of Zhangjiajie hotel of your own arrangement and transfer you to Mt. Tianmen Cable Car Station to take the cable car (a 25-minute ride) up for exploring Tianmen Mountain.
Tianmen mountain: The highest mountain in Zhangjiajie with an altitude of 4,981 feet/1,518 meter, Tianmen mountain is praised to be the soul of Zhangjiajie. Upon arriving at the top of mountain, have a walking on Glass Skywalk, Guigu Cliff Road and so on. After that, take the escalator from the peak down to Tianmen Cave to see the the gaint hole on the mountain. Formed by natural pressing and collapsing into 131.5 meters high, 57 meters wide and 60 meters deep, this cave is really a rare wonder of the world. Next, walk downstairs along the super steep 999-steps with the highest inclination up to 45°.
Take Express Cablecar down mountain and be transferred to your hotel for a good rest.

Day 2: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Day TripStop At: Golden Whip Brook, In Wulingyuan District, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie 427400 China
Get off the shuttle bus at Shuiraosimen Station, visit Golden Whip Stream, this stream winds its way through the hills and valleys and got its name because of passing by the Golden Whip Rock. Just listen to the murmurs of the stream, stroll along the valley and stop to watch the fish swimming in the crystal clear water. Be prepared to encounter with some wild monkeys. ( Note: we just explore for 1.5 - 2 kilometers to enjoy the highlight of this beautiful brook ).

As the fastest and highest outdoor elevator in the world, this 326-meter-tall glass Bailong Elevator was built onto the side of a cliff in the national park and offers stunning views of the karst formations. It only takes you 88 seconds up Yuanjiajie.

Yuanjiajie opens the mysterious” Pandora World”. During the exciting hike, get a good preparation to have an enviable look at the South Sky Pillar of around 150 meters high, the authentic prototype inspiring the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain; enjoy the best scenery at Enchanting Platform with tens and hundreds of beautiful stone peaks similar to a lot of nutritious bamboo shoots towering from the ground.

Take the shuttle bus to visit Tianzi Mountain. Walk to Helong Park there, which is the best view deck to admire very closely the incredible and magnificent view of odd stone peaks standing one after another. Most appealing pictures of the four wonders of Tianzi Mountain are photographed there, including the mists and clouds, moonlight, rays of sunshine and winter snow. The most popular attractions on the top of Tianzi Mountain is Xihai Peak Forest. After that, take the cool Tianzi Cablecar down with groups of rockery hills passing by outside your glass window.
