Itinerary

We will meet together at the pool, which is outside in a beautiful paradise spot and we will start by sitting down and talking and exploring how you will most benefit from this session in the water
Aguahara originates from ancient Oriental therapies in the water and is characterized by one-on-one sessions in which you are continuously supported whilst I gently move, stretch, cradle and massage you in the water.
You just simply close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a wonderful one-on-one 1 – 1.5 hour healing journey – deep relaxation, letting go of the mind, tensions melting away, blockages and stress releasing. The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combined with movements, stretches, massage and point work, offers a wide range of therapeutic benefits and potential transformation towards a state of greater harmony and fluidity.
Each session is always different, and is completely focused and adapted on each individual and their needs.
Afterwards, we can sit, relax and enjoy the stunning natural beauty all around .
