Itinerary

Day 1: Drive to Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve)

Stop At: Nyerere National Park, Tanzania
Your driver/ guide will meet with you at 06:30 AM and after breakfast you will begin a 5-6 hours drive to Nyerere National Park formerly called Selous game reserve.
Duration: 5 hours

Stop At: Rufiji River, Tanzania
After a short rest we will go for a boat safari during the evening and experience the immense wildlife found along the mighty Rufiji River. you will get a chance to see nile crocodiles, Hippo and alot of birds species as you move along the river on a small flatbed boat.
Duration: 3 hours

Day 2: Morning Walk & Afternoon Game Drive

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Selous Game Reserve, Lindi Region
After Breakfast meet and discuss the days itinerary with your Driver/ Guide and head on a 3-4hours walking safari with an armed Ranger, experience the natural habitat of animals and the complex bio diversity of the world heritage site.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Nyerere National Park, Tanzania
later return to camp for a hot lunch and a 30-45 minutes rest then begin an afternoon game drive. You will get a chance to see various animals from Lion prides, elephants, and if lucky you could spot the rare African wild Dogs
5:30PM Exit the park and head to camp for refreshments, Dinner and a Good night sleep

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive Selous National Park

Stop At: Selous Game Reserve, Tanzania
Get enough time in the wilderness and embark on Full Day Game drive within the selous Game reserve ( Nyerere National Park). This day we expect to see more of the amazing Flora and Fauna found within this incredible park.
Duration: 10 hours

Day 4: Drive to Mikumi National Park

Stop At: Mikumi, Mikumi, Morogoro Region
Meet with your driver/guide for a short briefing and begin a 4-5 hours drive to Mikumi National Park after checking out of our hotel.
Duration: 5 hours

Pass By: Uluguru Mountains, Morogoro Tanzania
Enroute Mikumi National Park you will experience the Uluguru mountains and lush evergreen climate of the south.

Stop At: Mikumi Park Tanzania, A7, Morogoro Tanzania
On arrival we will check in our hotel for a hot lunch and short rest and head to the park for a half day Game drive. later return to the camp for refreshments and dinner.

Day 5: Maasai Village Tour & Transfer Back to Dar es salaam

Stop At: Mikumi, Mikumi, Morogoro Region
After an early breakfast we will checkout of our hotel and begin our trip back to dar es salaam.

Stop At: Mikumi Park Tanzania, A7, Morogoro Tanzania
Enroute the trip back we can opt to visit the Maasai village and experience the life and Traditions of Africa's well preserved tribe, the warrior tribe of the Maasai. this 1 hour excursion is optional.
