Hello, my name is Abdou. I am a Moroccan person food lover grew up between the old medina and the wonderful beach of ESSAOUIRA. I have learned the basic of the cooking from my mother when i was child , And thats give the opportunity to work as a shef in many restaurants in many cities in Morocco
I would love to share with you everything about my culture , especially food and drink

We will meet in frant of bab doukkalla thanWe will start by shopping in the market where the locals buy the freshest ingredients. We will purchase meat, pastries, vegetables, and spices from my friends at the shops.
You can choose your ingredients for the tajine – either beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetarian. *If you would like fish , please let me know beforehand, so I can prepare it.
Then we will head to my home, where I will make the traditional Moroccan mint tea and we will prepare the food and cook together. See you soon
