Sample Menu • Papaya Salad - Green papaya salad with long bean and tomato, fish sauce/ lime juice and palm sugar for a dressing.
• Tom Yum Soup ( Hot&Sour Prawns Soup - Tiger Prawns in hot&sour broth from chilly, lemon grass, galanga and lime juice. Coriander and spring onion before serve.
• Chicken Green Curry - A must when you are in Thailand, chicken Green Curry, thin sliced chicken in super creamy sauce from homemade curry paste and fresh coconut cream
• Banana in Coconut Milk - Yellow ripe sweet banana boiled in coconut milk/ coconut cream with a bit of salt and palm sugar, topping with seasam seeds before serve.
