1.-For PUERTA MAYA pier your guide will meet you at the head of the taxi line holding a sign with your name and wearing a Cozumel Tours RED CAP. -

2.-For INTERNATIONAL SSA MÉXICO pier your guide will meet you at the head of the taxi line holding a sign with your name and wearing a Cozumel Tours RED CAP. -

3.-For PUNTA LANGOSTA pier, please go to the security booth located on the right side of the pedestrian bridge access and tell the security agent that you have a special vehicle waiting for you. Do not use the bridge to exit the maritime terminal! Your chauffeur will be there holding a sign with your name and wearing a Cozumel Tours RED CAP. -

4.-For FERRY pier (from Playa del Carmen) your guide will meet you in front of the Clock Tower located in downtown, Main Square of the island. At the park in front of the fiscal pier. Holding a sign with your name and wearing a Cozumel Tours RED CAP. -

5.-For HOTELS, CONDOS and AIRBnB’s in Cozumel - your guide will meet you outside of the hotel lobby holding a sign with your name and wearing a CTbC RED CAP.-

6.-Pickup on the mainland (Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Cancún) is not offered by the operator.
