Our staff will be waiting for you at the airport next to the bar located on your arrival terminal. They will have a welcome banner and will take you to the van.

For departures, we will be in contact a day prior to arrange the pickup time. We recommend at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure.

Gypso Travel by Jade Tours is a 100% Mexican Company. We are commited to provide the best service and transportation from Cancun to any hotel or Airbnb in Tulum for your group. Our service is completely private which means you won't have to share the van with people outside of your group or wait for long lines to get your transportation. If your hotel or Airbnb is not listed among the options, do not worry. After you make your reservation you can add on special requests the name and address and we will take you to your destination. REMEMBER: This service is specific for groups arriving together on the same flight. Private transportation doesn't mean open service. If you have people thar arrives on different flights, it is important to let us know in advance so we can work on a schedule for the meeting point and time with no cost. If it is not informed in advance a charge of 15 usd must be paid at the aiport for waiting time or to move to another terminal.
