Our service is entirely private, and we can take care of getting you to your destination without any complications. If your hotel or Airbnb is not on the list, just let us know the destination when making your reservation.

Our private transfer service is safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 10 passengers, and the price is per van, not per person.

Before booking, please make sure to select the correct destination. Reservations that do not correspond to the appropriate destination and product will not be accepted, or the missing cost will be charged.

After making your reservation, we will contact you to provide the meeting point at the airport. Before your arrival, we will get in touch with you to provide the meeting point at the airport, giving you the peace of mind of having a clear and precise location to meet us. Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you arrive on separate flights (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all the flight numbers with enough time for us to create a travel itinerary and provide you with the correct meeting point at no additional cost. If you do not inform us in advance, an additional charge of 15 USD will be applied directly at the airport for waiting time or terminal change. The service will be subject to the availability of operators and vans. It is also important to inform us of any flight changes so that we can provide the service without any issues. In our private service, customer care is our priority. We ensure to provide you with a comfortable and worry-free experience, especially if you are a woman or a solo traveler. All our vans are equipped with GPS, ensuring your safety at all times. If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. Normally, we can confirm a stop of up to 15 minutes at no additional cost. After that time, an additional charge of 25 USD per hour will apply. The service must be scheduled in advance by email or phone, subject to the availability of our vans. VERY IMPORTANT: Our price is per van, not per person. Therefore, if there are different departure times, we cannot send multiple vans for the same cost. If you need additional services, such as an additional van for a different time, a new reservation must be made. Please make sure to select the correct destination and product before booking. Reservations that do not correspond to the appropriate destination and product will not be accepted, or the MISSING COST WILL BE CHARGED
