Your tour takes you south to the world famous Scott’s View, with stunning views over the Tweed Valley and the Eildon Hills. From here you travel to Melrose exploring the great Border Abbey of Melrose, burial place of Robert the Bruce’s heart. This is also your lunch stop.

From here you will make your way to the stunning 15th Century Rosslyn Chapel, immortalised in Dan Brown’s “Da Vinci Code” where you can find out more about the myths and legends surrounding the whereabouts of the “Holy Grail”.

A beautiful 15th century chapel, full of impressive architecture, stone carvings, and many mysterious tales.

*Please note that if your tour departs after 1st April 2024, this tour will operate in reverse (visiting Rosslyn Chapel first). However, Sunday departures after 1st April 2024 will remain in the current order listed above.

A beautiful and ruined Gothic abbey that may hold the embalmed heart of Robert the Bruce.

This 200 year old eccentric statue of William Wallace proudly watches over the landscape.

Take in this splendid view of the Scottish borders, which was once Sir Walter Scott’s favourite.
