We will make meat dumplings using five basic seasonings of Taiwan and teach you how to make thick meat soup with delicious meat dumplings familiar at night markets. Learn the handmade secrets of local Taiwanese gourmet.
• Soybean - In Dessert Soybeans, we will teach you the golden ratio that solidifies soymilk to make a smooth, soft and refreshing nostalgic dessert.
