Itinerary

Day 1: Istanbul to Gallipoli and Gallipoli day tour

Stop At: Gallipoli Battlefield, Eceabat Turkiye
between 6am to 6:30am we will pick up all our guests from the hotel in istanbul and drive to Gallipoli Battlefield and visit the area with a professional tour guide.
we will visit..Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery (John Simpson’s Grave), ANZAC Cove, Ari Burnu (First ANZAC landing place), Lone Pine Cemetery (Australian memorial), Johnston’s Jolly (walk in the ANZAC trenches), View of Shrapnel Valley, Turkish Memorial, The Nek and Walker´s Ridge, Chunuk Bair (Main New Zealand memorial)

By the end of the tour transfer to hotel in Canakkale city centre.

Day 2: Truva-Troy and Pergamon tour and transfer to hotel in Kusadasi

Stop At: Troy (Truva), Tevfikiye Koyu, Intepe, Canakkale Turkiye
Visit the ancient city of Troy and learn about its significance in Greek mythology as the main battlefield in the Trojan War. On the journey from Istanbul, stop for lunch in the coastal town of Eceabat, and then enjoy a walking tour around the archaeological site of Troy. Learn about the different eras that stamped their mark on the fascinating settlement and see the famous Trojan Horse statue before dr,ve to Pergamon.

You will visit the breathtaking Acropolis, which was modeled after the site in Athens. The beautiful view from the hill-top will give you a great panorama of the surroundings.

Marvel at the impressive Athenaeum library once held 200,000 volumes, which Mark Antony later offered to Cleopatra as a wedding present. The Temple of Trojan is a huge marble building that has been partially reconstructed from the original pieces found on the site.

Following on from this you will discover the famous Sanctuary of Asclepius, located down in the valley from the Acropolis. A sacred fountain where people with health problems could bathe can be found here and legend has it that Asclepius would then give them a vision and explain how they could be cured. Pamukkale is often referred to as the Cotton Castle, which is the Turkish translation. The hot springs in the area have deposited minerals over many many years to leave us with the cascading white cliffs of Pamukkale

Hierapolis is an Ancient City that dates back to as far as the 2nd Century. People used to come to Hierapolis to cure or treat their aching ailments. It became a popular spa city over the years with a mix of Pagan, Roman, Jewish and Christian influences.

The House of the Virgin Mary is situated on top of BulBul Mountain that overlooks all of Selcuk. It is said that this house is where Mary saw out the last years of her life. It is now a very important pilgrimage sight for Christians.

The Temple of Artemis is known to date back as far as 6th Century B.C. Now one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient world, what you see left standing today is the foundations and some columns that indicate the grandeur of this temple.

The Isabey Mosque dates back to the years 1374 and 1375. Throughout all of Turkey displays the most beautiful of Seljukian architecture with crown like doors and beautiful mosaics.

The Library of Celsus is the highlight of Ephesus. The two-story building is marvel to architecture of the time. Dating back to 117 A.D this magnificent building was once one of the most beautiful under the Roman Empire.

Day 5: Southern Cappadocia day tour and overnight in Cappadocia

Stop At: Kizilcukur, Dereler, 50400 Ürgüp/Nevşehir, Türkiye
Kızılcukur is a valley called Rose Valley as well because of the red colors of the rocks. This is one of the best valleys for hiking in the area even for 4 km. Kızılcukur was also used by Christians at the 5th century, so you will explore tge cave dwellings and old churches. The colors also change up according to the daylight. It is the best place to see sunset.

Cavusin this village is one of the ancient settlement in the early period of the Christians having the oldest church of region dating back to 3rd century. It was exactly settled like a big town where you see lots of the cave rooms used as living rooms, sleeping rooms, kitchens, wineries, etc. All these are waiting for you to explore where cave houses collapsed because of landslide in 1960 which has a gorgeous view.

Love Valley called originally White Valley offers you a wonderful view with its funny shaped fairy chimneys.

Stop At: Kaymakli Underground City, Derinkuyu Turkiye
Underground City this underground city is the most interesting one in the regions among 36 other ones which were first used by Hittites and later by Christians like a shelter in during Roman persecution times. By carving lots of rooms all connected with tunnels, they lived in here when the cities were invaded by enemies. You have a chance to see the rooms, food storages church and kitchens. Chimneys and defence systems used in the underground city will surprise you during the visit.

Pigeon Valley is a panoramic view point where you will see the pigeaons and pigeon houses which were used tp keep pigeons in order to collect their dropping for fertilising the earth especially wineyards.

Uchisar Castle is the highest point in the region. The castle and surrounds used to be the most populated area this settlement to survery the enemies. The top of the citadel provides a magnificent panorama of the surrounding area.

Day 6: Northern Cappadocia day tour and Flight back to istanbul and transfer to hotel.

Goreme Panorama is a panoramic point where you can see a wonderful view over Goreme town with its spectacular cave houses.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Goreme National Park, Goreme 50180 Turkiye
Goreme Open Air Museum is the first and biggest monastery where this religious education was started. You will visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys with frescoes painted on the walls from 10th to 13th Centuries. In the 4th century three important men created a new unity here they are the Great St. Basil, bishop of Kayseri, his brother St. Gregory of Nyssa and St. George of Nazianus.

Stop At: Avanos, Avanos, Cappadocia
Avanos is known for the pottery a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak river. The Kizilirmak, which divides Avanos into, is the longest river of Turkey.

Stop At: Devrent Valley, Devrent Mevkii No:1 Urgup Yolu, 50500 Turkiye
Devrent Valley has various types of fairy chimneys. Among these are those with caps, cones mushroom like forms pillar and pointed rocks. With the action of smaller, secondary volcanoes and the action of rivers, wind and flood waters, this layer of tuff has slowly but steadily been eroded to produce the rock formations know as “fairy chimneys”. We will take a walk through this amazing valley.

Stop At: Pasabag, Urgup Turkiye
Pasabagları (Monks Valley) Many fairy chimneys with multiple stems and caps can be found here, this style being unique to this area. A chapel dedicated to St. Simeon and a hermit’s shelter is built into one such fairy chimney with three heads.

Three Beauties has a beautiful view over Urgup town, famous with wine factories, and vineyards with apricot gardens give you memorable shots forever.
