Savor the combined flavors of chopped onions, Bulgar, finely chopped beef, fresh mint, parsley, and spices.

Head to Taksim Square next to try another southeastern Turkish classic. Learn how to prepare Icli Kofte, this popular dish that combines meat filling, nuts, and different spices. Try Icli Kofe, which can be either steamed or steamed then deep fried. Stop at an eatery that specializes in kebabs. Taste the traditional Cag Kebab made from lamb and roasted on a horizontal spit.
