IMPORTANT:
Once your booking is confirmed please send us a private message reconfirming your desired pickup time and your email address so we can send you more details for the day of your arrival and a map so you have no trouble leaving the port.
Details for PICKUP:
On the day of your arrival, there will be someone waiting for you just before the exit of the port premises.
There ir a line to aboard the taxis but you can directly skip the line because hayhu already has a designated driver waiting for you.
His name is GABRIEL or RUTH FROM THE COMPANY TAXI TOUR COSTA MAYA and they will Immediately locate you in your vehicle.
I will send you an email with pictures of where you will find them.
Remember, you have to go towards the exit of the port to where the taxis are. Follow the red line in the map. (It’s about a 20min walk).
We book and pay the transportation 24hs before your arrival, so If there is any inconvenient, please let us as soon as you can.
Remember that the pick up time is according to the Mahahual time.
