Paella and Salmorejo 2-Hour Cooking Class in Córdoba

Our place it is a old winery, and you will learn between the oak barrels. You are going to learn about the gastronomy in Cordoba. No just cooking. You will learn about our gastronomic culture, we will give you a lot of local tips about how to drink, how to eat here, and you will be ready to became a local cordobesian person!
You will learn how to cook the paella in cordobesian style with Perol Cordobes. Also, you will cook under our supervision the most important dish from Cordoba: Salmorejo, sometimes known as Cordoban salmorejo or ardoria and ardorío. It is a cream consisting mainly of tomato and bread originating from Córdoba.
We will start with a brief description of the history of how and when Cordoban Salmorejo came about. We'll take a look at the different types and varieties and explain their nutritional properties. During the practical part, you'll prepare your own Salmorejo and paella step by step.
We'll go through the ingredients you need and learn how to chop and finally blend them together into a cream. Learning all of this, you will be also tasting the best wine from the city and listening the flamenco.
