Husky and Reindeer Farm Visit With Snowmobiling

Experience an action-packed arctic journey where you get to ride snowmobiles through stunning wilderness, meet enchanting reindeer, and energetic Alaskan Huskies and explore the Santa Claus Village.

Our guides will provide winter clothing and snowmobile training before taking off on a 1 hour long snowmobile adventure through Arctic Circle forests. After the snowmobile journey, visit the husky and reindeer farm, where you can enjoy a 500m ride on your own reindeer sledge and receive a reindeer sledge driver’s license. Next, make your way to the Alaskan Huskies and experience them in action on a 800m long sleigh ride. Listen to the local reindeer herders as they tell you more about the herding lifestyle and how it is to be a reindeer herder in the 21st century.

After the farm visit, you will be taken to the Santa Claus Village where you have the opportunity to experience the Christmas atmosphere, step across the Arctic Circle and meet Santa Claus himself!

Itinerary

Enjoy a 1-hour snowmobile safari and visit Reindeer and Husky farms where you can experience the animals on short sleigh rides. After the tour you will have time to visit the Santa Claus Village.

Meet your guide at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park in Santa Claus Village (Joulumaantie 5) or at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 25).

The city office in the Rovaniemi Center is located downstairs in the Shopping Center Rinteenkulma (Koskikatu 25). You can also find entrance to the city office just across the road from Hertz and Scandic Rovaniemi City. You will recognise your guide by their Snowmobile park jacket.

If you have selected a different pickup location, please be ready and waiting by the entrance or lobby of your selected location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. You will recognise your guide by their Snowmobile park jacket. The activity provider will confirm your pickup time the day before the tour. If you have not received a pickup time, please contact the activity provider.
