famous places there are the Cathedrale Saint-Sernin, the Canal du Midi and the
Capitole.

Our Food Tour will introduce you to typical french South Western food as well as
South Western wine. You’ll get to see the most central parts of the city, the one
you can’t miss, but you’ll also learn more secret tips from a local guide.

• Wine Tasting - Toulouse is the capital of the largest vineyard in France. You’ll get to sample the best wines with a local wine-seller.
• Foie gras - one of the most luxurious French delicacies, made from duck meat with a rich and buttery flavour. Worldwide famous.
• Cassoulet - the gastronomical symbol of the region, a hot and filling stew, made with an abundance of ingredients.
• Chocolate-tasting - delicious flavored pralines sold in a local shop, a small sweet to balance the savory dishes.
• Violet - a much less renown Toulouse specialty, but nonetheless much loved by the locals. Candies, cakes, tea… They put it in everything!
