• Sweet degustation - We're taking you on a trip down memory lane with this legendary Nice sweet and chocolate shop, an art passed down from generation to generation
• Olive oil tasting - Taste different kind of olive oil from artisanal Nicoise production, learning all about the method of production, and the differences!
• Tapenade - A mixture of chopped dark olives, anchovies and capers, “Tapenas” infact is the buds of the capers in french.
• Socca - - A special savory pancake made with chickpea flour. Crispy outside and soft inside, the Socca is an essential of Nice Street Food.
• Pissaladière - A tasty onion tart made with a kind of pizza paste, traditionally cooked in a wood oven and topped with olives and anchovies.
• Pan Bagnat - Bread soaked in fragrant olive oil and enveloped a filling of fresh salad, hard-boiled eggs, raw onions and tomatoes with anchovies.
