Dinner on Rooftop with personal Chef

Menu changes every day depending what I will found at market and respect costumer's request. Fish, Vegetable, Meat. We could provide Vegetarian Class, Gluten free, Vegan or any other exception
It includes lunch or dinner 4 courses ,, water, wine, limoncello, espresso or americano, ceramic gift.
On request it is possible to have dinner in your apartment requesting your personal chef who will prepare only for you a typical Sicilian menu, lovingly preparing each dish and explaining the preparation and history of the dish. you will be. I choose the menu based on meat, fish, or vegetarian or a mix of these. the right wine will be paired with limoncello or sweet wine and espresso. The price for person changes according to the menu agreed and chosen with the chef Angelo Ingrassia.



You’ll have dinner on the top of a terrace with the view of the city, where your personal chef will prepare, only for you, a typical Sicilian menu, lovingly cooking each dish and explaining the preparation and history of it. I'll choose the menu based on meat, fish, or vegetarian or a mix of these. I'll paire the right wine with the menù. Then dessert, limoncello and espresso. The menu changes every day according to the fresh ingredients that I will find at the market and I will respect the customer's request. Fish, Vegetable, Meat. I could provide vegetarian, gluten-free dinner too and any other requests. Upon your arrival, a welcome drink with Prosecco and sicilian finger food will be served during the sunset.
After you have relaxed during the welcome drink, you can sit at your chef table, where your personal chef will prepare just for you an unforgettable dinner.
