-Your Name and Last Name ( We'll ask for you at the lobby ) If it's an AIRBNB make sure to give us your apartment number ( We'll ring the bell at arrival )
-Hotel/Airbnb address
-Flight departure time (We'll help you schedule the best pick up time option accordingly) Pick up 4h in advance for international and 3h for Domestic flights

Note: Extra charges will be considered on holidays. You will receive a Payment request after booking. January 1st, During Holy Week on Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday, May 1st, June 29th , July 28th &29th, August 30th, October 8th, November 1st , December 8th ,December 25th or or whatever is declared by the government.

Every passenger must have a validate International or National Health Insurance.

Considering your Estimated Departure time ETD we'll pick you up : For International flights 4h in advance (Considering 1h transportation and 3h as requested by the airlines) For Domestic flights 3h in advance (Considering 1h transportation and 2h as requested by the airlines)

Cancellations and refunds: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
