Learn about the cultural heritage of the cellar with the wine maker (named after their grandfather Paolo, a prominent artist). This is an authentic wine experience in the Emilia Romagna region that make you discover where and how the famous local wines, such as Pignoletto, are produced. Walk among exclusive panoramic points on the Bolognese hills, tour both the modern and the ancient cellars, among the oak barrels. You will be able to taste with the producers the wine made exclusively with their own grapes and bottled in the cellar, such as the acclaimed “Controluce Rosso Bologna Doc”. The tasting takes place on a splendid terrace with a breath-taking view of the surrounding hills and the centre of Bologna, or, in the cold season, in the barrel cellar or in the tasting room.
