Discover Scuba Diving for Beginners (Non Certified Divers)

Phuket Dive Tours has 4 Scuba Diving shops located in Phuket and has been operating for 16 Years. To qualify for this activity you must be over 14 years of age or older and have a reasonable fitness level and not have any medical conditions whatsoever.

All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent who must join this scuba diving activity.

Not recommended for pregnant people, People with heart problems, or other serious medical conditions.

A vegetarian Food option is available.

Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Itinerary

Try scuba diving with our Basic intro course this includes 1 pool training session followed by 1 beach exploration dive at The Kata Beach Reef

Free Insurance cover is part of "Try scuba" under SSI courses cover provided by Dive Assure.

This Scuba school international training comes with free online digital e-learning that you can access on your mobile phone before the activity starting with a review of the medical form as well as watching a risk awareness video.

You meet us at Phuket Dive Tours Main Store at Kata Beach see the map location, your instructor who will go over the course registration forms and medical form - you need to allow a no-fly period of 18 hours after your scuba-diving session.

Your instructor will teach you the basic scuba skills on the first pool training dive how to clear water from your mask and clear water from your regulator. After the first training dive, we will take you to Kata Beach coral reef where you can dive with your instructor for a 40-minute dive on the shallow reef where you can see an abundance of tropical marine life.

After the dive, you have time to take a shower relax on Kata Beach, take other activities.
