Spanish Food Lessons: Paella and More

We will celebrate the course in our private villa, a well-equipped and spacious place where we will enjoy at the end of a good meal-tasting, once all the dishes have been prepared. Enjoy the sea views and the privacy of our villa, in a privileged environment, right in the center of the Costa del Sol.

We welcome you in our house, a villa in Benalmádena. We recommend you come by car, as it is a bit far from the center, you can park on the same street, with free parking. We offer a 2.5 hour class, including practical class and tasting.Discover with me the secrets to prepare the most authentic paella, in the traditional way, along with a refreshing gazpacho of fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. Do not forget the classic omelette, a perfect starter to share with friends, with our personal touch. A fun class where we talk about the typical products of Spanish cuisine and how to get the most out of them.

It is not a theoretical class, the students are the protagonists they cook the dishes under my careful supervision. And the best, the final tasting, where you can try the prepared dishes and discover the authentic flavors of our traditional cuisine, first hand.

You will get a good memory of our class, with all the smells and flavors of our traditional cuisine. We also send you, once the class is finished, the manual with the recipes with all kinds of details so that you can cook all the dishes learned at home without any problem. Do not miss it!!

• Andalusian Gazpacho - A refreshing gazpacho is a famous cold soup of fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. A perfect way to start our meal.
• Spanish Tortilla de Patatas - Our favorite dish, the perfect omelette make with potatoes and onions, fried with olive oil for all the traditional flavour.
• Traditional Paella - Our favorite paella, with seafood and meat, a very tasty and coloured dish, the most famous of spanish cousine.
