Venturing beyond the kitchen, participants, guided by the cooking teacher, explore the charming streets of Archana. • Cretan Dakos - Burley Rusk topped tomato, feta cheese, olive oil, and fresh oregano– Vegetarian
• Kolokithokeftedes - Zucchini Frites prepared and cooked by you
• Tzatziki - Greek Tzatziki (Fresh Yogurt with Cucumber, garlic and Organic Olive Oil - Vegetarian
• Greek Salad - Traditional farmer’s salad “Greek Salad” with barley rusks, capricious, Feta cheese from Karditsa and organic virgin olive oil from Sitia - Vegetarian
• Traditional Dish - The Authentic vegetarian version of "Gemista" stuffed tomatoes and peppers prepared by you.
• Lemon Pie or Orange Pie - Dessert is prepared by the Cook and it is served at the end of the meal. It is not a part of the cooking lesson.
