Itinerary

Day 1: Cusco - Abra Malaga - Santa Maria

Stop At: Cusco, Cusco, Cusco Region
The adventure begins at 7.30am when adventurers are picked up and driven through the beautiful Sacred Valley and dropped off at Abra Malaga. Here we will change into the equipment we provide (gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, helmets) and receive a 20 minute briefing from our guide. Then our adventure begins. We begin by driving on challenging roads, passing through different levels of the ecosystem, including cloud forest and ice-covered mountains. After three hours we will arrive at Huaman Marca for lunch and then a van will take you to Santa Maria where we will start our exciting journey of rafting down the sacred Vilcanota River for about 2 hours. Finally we will arrive back in Santa Maria where we will have dinner and sleep. (Hostels)

Day 2: Santa Maria - Hot Springs - Santa Teresa.

Stop At: Santa Teresa, Santa Teresa, Sacred Valley, Cusco Region
We wake up at 06:00 for breakfast, then we start walking along the river bank for about 30 minutes, then we climb up to start the section of the original Inca Trail, we walk up and down steep cliffs over the stunning valley, our guide will explain the flora, fauna and history revealing some of what little we know about this ancient and amazing culture. The Inca Trail descends to Quellomayo where the group stops for lunch and free time to relax in hammocks. Keep an eye out for natural fruit, especially the explosion of flavour that is maracuya (passion fruit). After lunch, the trek will continue along the Urubamba River, crossing it in a cable car consisting of a cart and a pulley, after walking for about 1 to 2 hours, we will stop at the hot spring (cocalmayo- santa teresa) where we can soak in the hot water and let the aches and pains of the trek melt away, finally continuing to the town of santa teresa for dinner and sleeping (hostels).

Day 3: Santa Teresa - Hidro lectrica - Aguas Calientes

Stop At: Aguas Calientes, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Cusco Region
We get up at 7:00 am. We will have breakfast and then we will start our adventure by ziplining in the valley of the city of Santa Teresa, which will take about 2 hours, then a van will take us to the village of Hidrolectrica where we will have lunch, after that we will start walking along the railway line for about 3 hours to the city of Aguas Calientes. Actually this trek is beautiful once we get there we will settle in our hostels then we will have free time to go to hot springs or to explore the city of Aguas Calientes at night we will join all toguetter for having dinner and sleep at the end we will get briefing for the next day to visit MACHU PICCHU

Day 4: Aguas Calientes - Machu picchu Citadel

Stop At: Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Cusco Region
We will get up very early at 04:00 am, then we will start walking up to the MACHU PICCHU CITADEL, the first part is almost flat by the bus road, then we will take a short inca trail that goes up to the inca city of machu picchu, once we get there to the main entrance, we will register and go inside, our tour guide will start the guided tour and stars telling us the history of the inca civilisation and showing us the most important places such as temples, plazas and terraces which takes about 3 hours. Finally we come back to Aguas Calientes by foot or by bus for lunch and take the train back to Ollantaytambo then bus back to Cusco
